Our Committees

Vision 2020 engages with members to exchange views, share information, collaborate and develop policies, strategies and submissions to improve eye health and vision care for all Australians and across the region.

Representatives from member organisations actively participate via a range of channels to implement the strategic plan to ensure we meet our organisational objectives.

Vision and Eye Care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples Committee

The Vision and Eye Care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples Committee (VECATSIPC) plays a pivotal role in the work of Vision 2020. It strongly supports the Australian Government’s commitment to end avoidable blindness in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities by 2025. The committee is dedicated to ongoing collaboration with stakeholders, including community organisations and government bodies, in pursuit of this goal.
